Yogi Chetan Ji

(Founder Of Dance Yoga Retreat)
Chetan kumar born in mountain area Rishikesh North India.He took admition in P.S.K sankrit & yoga college. While he taking his B.A & M.A degree he joined yoga classes also in 2008.
He has completed his Master Degree, MA in Yogic Science and Ayurveda from Himalaya Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, Dehradun, India. He also completed 200 hr Yoga TTC  and 300 hr Advanced Yoga TTC from  Registered Yoga Schools (RYS) in Rishikesh and  Dharamsala and acquired E-RYT- 500 Designation from Yoga Alliance, U.S.A. Yogi Chetan has been teaching Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa yoga and Ashtanga Yoga for last  6 years in different Yoga studios and Yoga Teacher training School in Yoga TTC programs ,his teachings are very well received and appreciated by the Yoga aspirants across the Globe. He is committed to share this enlightening Yogic wisdom to the seekers.

Shengnan (Sheng) Lu, originally from China, is a psychologist and yoga enthusiast. His yoga journey began in 2012 during his psychology studies in the Netherlands, leading him to the Himalayas in Nepal for yoga teacher training. Today, he offers psychotherapy and yoga sessions across Europe and Asia. With a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology, Sheng brings a unique psychological perspective to his yoga classes. He blends traditional yoga practices with modern scientific insights and tools, creating sessions that provide a nurturing space for individuals to explore the bodily-inspired connection with their authentic selves. Drawing inspiration from their own physical and cognitive experiences, Sheng's approach helps practitioners navigate challenges both in their body and mind, fostering resilient mental well-being.
